By using FlowTask, customers are responsible for workspace content, invited users, client data and shared portal links. FlowTask provides project management, client portal, document, task and time tracking tools for business operations.

Workspace owners should keep login details secure and remove access for users or clients who no longer need it.

Plans, trials and payments

The personal free plan has no time limit. Cardless trials never automatically turn into paid subscriptions. Each company workspace has a separate plan; prices, features and capacity are explained on the plans page. A paid purchase starts a monthly or yearly renewing subscription. Review the exact total, including taxes and payment currency, in Dodo Payments checkout before confirming.

You can cancel your subscription, view invoices and check the effective date using secure subscription management on “Plans and billing”. A plan change requires your separate confirmation and is scheduled for the next renewal. Trial or paid-period expiry does not automatically delete content: a personal workspace returns to free access; company content remains readable with exports permitted by your role.

For payment questions, incorrect charges or refund requests, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or security codes. Refund requests are reviewed through the payment provider; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
