Yes. Personal Free includes tasks, notes, time tracking, daily and weekly planning, recurring tasks, appearance choices and data export. Plus adds capacity and monthly planning.
No. FlowTask trials do not ask for a card or create a paid subscription. You choose whether and when to open paid checkout. If you buy during a trial, your paid period starts with that purchase.
Your content is not deleted by plan expiry. Personal work returns to Free, with new creation limited when you are above its capacity. An expired company workspace stays readable, with permitted exports and billing recovery available.
No. Company plans have a fixed workspace price and a stated people limit. Active people and valid pending invitations use capacity. Public client portal visitors do not use a seat.
Billing is tied to this workspace and its payment owner. Teammates do not receive access to saved payment methods or the billing portal. Your personal workspace remains separate from your company.
The workspace payment owner can open subscription management from the plan page. The Dodo customer portal provides invoices, payment methods and cancellation options. Check the effective date shown before confirming a change.
Existing workspaces keep their previous access through an explicit legacy allowance. A previous Pro label is not a paid subscription and creates no charge. New premium features may require a separate plan.
