FlowTask stores account, workspace, project, task, client portal, feedback and time tracking data needed to provide the service. Data is used to run the workspace experience, keep teams organized and provide client-facing project visibility.

Payment and subscription information

When you start paid checkout, the account owner's name and email address and technical identifiers that link the workspace to its payment record are shared with Dodo Payments. Payment and billing details are entered directly on the provider's secure page; FlowTask does not store your full card number or card security code. Project, task and client-note content is not sent to the payment provider.

FlowTask stores customer, subscription and transaction references, the selected plan, payment status and period dates to manage access correctly and identify duplicate notifications. Only the relevant payment owner can open the secure invoice and subscription portal. See the Dodo Payments privacy notice for the provider's data practices.

Your optional Plus suggestion preference is stored only in your current browser, separately for each account and workspace. It does not perform advertising tracking. For data questions, contact [email protected].

Advertising measurement

FlowTask uses a Google Ads base tag on public pages and everyday workspace screens to measure which ads lead to signups. Only successful creation of a new account counts as a signup conversion; signing in or browsing the app does not. On workspace screens, FlowTask provides generic page information without task or workspace names, private URL paths or query values. Administration, support, billing, account settings, document and portal pages are excluded. Limited measurement can run without advertising cookies; these cookies are enabled only if you have allowed them.

A completed signup is reported with a random registration reference. FlowTask does not add your name, email, Google account identity or workspace content to this measurement. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, including during measurement without cookies. We do not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions.

FlowTask stores your measurement preference in this browser for up to 180 days only after you choose an option. Use Cookie preferences to change it. Keeping advertising cookies off does not prevent signup or use of FlowTask. Rejections saved under the previous consent model continue to block Google measurement until you make a new choice or the saved preference expires.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services
